Australia's Federal Election will take place on Saturday 3 May 2025, and will see two major party Armenian candidates vie for office, while the most Armenian-populated seat of Bennelong is on a knife's edge and another minor party has made Armenian Genocide recognition a platform promise. While there has been disappointment from candidates failing to secure the support of their prime ministerial candidates on the foreign policy front, both parties have announced funding promises to help support the Armenian-Australians and individual candidates have pledged to support key issues of importance to the community.
